Cleveland Ohio Wedding at Valley of the Eagles

This Cleveland wedding day with Olivia and Brian was definitely one for the books. Their radiant smiles and love for one another was so evident! Surrounded by their friends and family, these two decided to tie the knot at the Valley of the Eagles. Centrally located between Cleveland and Sandusky, this venue was the perfect backdrop for Olivia and Brian’s special day. The stunning greenery and architecture complimented their colors perfectly. I had such a blast photographing this romantic day and can’t wait to capture more weddings here in the future!

Unpredictable Ohio Wedding Weather

Olivia and Brian got married outside in Cleveland on a golf course, which is always a toss up with our unpredictable weather. Leading up to their wedding day, it rained and stormed for days. We watched the weather diligently, unsure if they would be able to actually get married outside. The rain stopped the morning of their wedding and they were able to have their outdoor ceremony.

Although the rain stopped, the golf course was still absolutely flooded. So, the plan to ride around the course in golf carts with the full bridal party to take photos in the best spots around the venue didn’t happen. Olivia and Brian were so relaxed given the circumstances. We ended up finding a dry path and a gorgeous location for the two of them to get some additional portraits. It ended up being a perfect opportunity for them to sneak away from the craziness of a traditional big wedding day and soak up some one on one time as the newly married couple!
